Mustard Seed Missions is a Christ-following mission seeking to serve the poor in Haiti. Partnering with Haitian Christians, we work together to provide medical care and improve community health, environmental conditions, and education. All of these actions are used to build relationships with Haitians who are actively engaged in this work.

Health Clinic at Camp Perrin
Kelly (the vet) has posted a very exciting account of the first prenatal clinic at Camp Perrin. Thanks to our first donor at College Church, I was able to buy some prenatal vitamins to ship down to Cayes. It will take about three weeks for the vits to get there, but they will be a valuable component of the clinics. The children and babies we see are so undernourished, with sparse hair that has red hues, clearly indicating malnourishment. Too often we've seen mothers who don't receive enough nourishment to nurse their babies. And we see many, many vaginal infections caused by using dirty water and from sharing wash water simply because water is so precious.
