Lots of Vitamins

Greyson and I did some preliminary packing this morning.  It's never too soon to be thinking about what we need in Haiti.  It looks like we are going to have sufficient vitamins, primarily thanks to the Easthampton and Northampton CVS stores who have put out donation boxes for our trips.  That's been a very big help.  Last year we gave out over 21,000 vitamins.  We especially like the high quality vitamins that contain iron, iodine and folic acid.  (Iron for anemia, iodine to prevent goiters -- we see one or two every trip, and folic acid to prevent neural tube birth defects.)
