Mustard Seed Haiti

Mustard Seed Missions is proud to walk alongside Mustard Seed Haiti (MSH). MSH began as an outgrowth of MSM's medical clinics in LesCayes where Amoce and Witchner acted as translators. Since that time Mustard Seed Haiti has formed as a Haitian charitable organization, with the vision to provide medical care, education and training, and economic assistance while sharing the Gospel of Christ by demonstrating the Love of God to people through its actions. It is formed to increase public awareness of the needs of Haiti and its environs. You can visit their blog at http://www.grennmoutad.blogspot.com/ Witchner (Pierre Witchner Luma) Witchner is the president of MSH. Born in Bamboo, Haiti (near Les Cayes) in 1979, Witchner comes from a family of 4 sisters and 2 brothers. His sisters all live in LesCayes and his brothers both live in Port Au Prince. Witchner is the second youngest in his family. His mother passed away in October 2007 from a stroke; his father lives in Bamboo. Witchner lived with Pastor Guy, a distant relative, in Les Cayes since 1994. Pastor Guy is the pastor of the church, Community of Grace, at the American University of the Caribbean in LesCayes. Witchner was admitted to Free Gospel Bible Institute in Export, Pennsylvania in January 2008 and has just completed his first semester there. His home away from home is with Paul and Jan Davis. He is dedicated to serving God. Amoce Amazon Amoce is the treasurer of MSH. Born in Les Cayes in 1979. Amoce comes from a family of 2 sisters and 3 brothers. Amoce lives with his father, siblings and cousins in the Charpentier area of Les Cayes; six people live in the household. Of the six Amoce is the only one that has been able to find work. He works as an excellent translator for many medical mission groups that come to the LesCayes area. He is known for the many hats he wears to protect his eyes from the sun and for his ability to make many excellent arrangements for visiting teams. He has a great sense of humor.

Hello!

My name is Julie, and I was with the team who took Reitte back to her village in late May / early June. I remembered the card for Mustard Seed Haiti that Witchner gave me before my team left to head back for the states, and decided to check it out. This entire ministry is incredible. Thank you to all of you who make it possible, and who have dedicated your time and energy to serve our God. I'd love to learn more about it!

What exactly is the prenatal clinic, and where is it located? That caught my attention.

Hope all is well. God's blessings!

Good work keep it up (Y).

As you may have read, Marcia and Rivenson have folded this into their own ministry. Marcia continues to travel to St. Elen and Camp Perrin each month to serve the women in those villages. Thanks for your encouragement!
